Retained searches through Advysor will incur a pre-determined fixed fee that is only due ONCE/AFTER a candidate signs an offer letter, with no upfront costs required to utilize our services. The fixed fee will be a % of the employee's first year base salary plus sign-on bonuses or guaranteed bonuses/increases in salary, which are part of the initial offer of employment. For secondary or additional role[s] or placement[s] you retain our recruitment services for, we may offer a blended/discounted fee to show our appreciation for your continued trust and loyalty.

In the event that the employment of a candidate referred under an agreement was employed less than <90 calendar days, and provided that all fees and expenses relating to such referral were paid, we will always refer a replacement candidate for the same position at no extra cost!
