Retained searches through Advysor will incur a pre-determined fixed fee that is mostly due only after the candidate signs an offer letter, with minimal (if not zero) upfront costs required to utilize our services. Our fixed fee cut will be a % of the newly-hired employee's first year base salary plus sign-on bonus[es] or guaranteed bonuses/increases in salary, which are part of the initial offer of employment. For any secondary or additional roles or placements you enlist our recruitment services for, we may extend to you a blended/discounted fee to show our appreciation for your continued trust and loyalty.

In the event that the employment of a candidate referred under an agreement was employed less than <90 calendar days, and provided that all fees and expenses relating to such referral were paid, we will always refer a replacement candidate for the same position at no extra cost!
