Within 24 hours of when we're put in touch, our Head of Sales will reach out to prioritize the scheduling of an initial discovery call (ZOOM or in-person meeting; whichever is preferred).

After the discovery call, you'll receive detailed instructions of how to give our team access to your accounting system & secure links to upload/share documents for our review.

Once we've completed the initial discovery and confirmed access to the accounting records, our team will review the books/files to determine the full scope of work required.

Once we've outlined the required, custom scope of work (and costs associated) based on due diligence & discovery, we will schedule another meeting to review the proposal all together.

Once proposal details (scope/costs) are finalized, we then send over an engagement letter with all legal, T&C details, along with your custom scope/fees from the proposal.

When auto-notified that an engagement letter is e-signed (with payment info verified), we then schedule an initial kickoff call and send over all onboarding instructions/checklists.
